Legal Support Executive
Rajat Dhar has completed 5 years of an integrated course of B.A.LLB (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab with a focus in International Law. He is also an ardent follower of International relations.
He works on various cases, including Naturalization, Business Immigration, and Family Immigration. He also deals with adjustment or change of status, defense applications, as well as petitions related to H1-B, I-130, I-140, I-485, and I-765. Additionally, he has assisted in a couple of RFE and NOID cases.
Since his college years, he has been passionate about International law and politics. With an opportunity given soon after graduation, he worked with a Legal Advisory Firm where he used to provide expert reports and due diligence reports for Embassies and consulates. His work mainly involved research and due diligence of Visa related cases and Citizenship applications.
He previously worked with an Advocate for about a year, where he learned to draft deeds and documents, file cases, and prepare briefs. For a while, he also took the route of being a Political Consultant, where he was entrusted to lead a team of 9 members and guide them through a myriad of data collection related to politics. He then worked with many national journalists and assisted in scrutinizing reports and statistics.
