Mark Silverman

Mark has been licensed to practice law since November of 2005 in Illinois. He has managed a law practice in Chicago, Illinois since July, 2008 after working for two and a half years at a small firm in Rockford, Illinois. Mark has represented clients successfully before Illinois trial courts as well as the Illinois Appellate Court where he obtained several favorable published opinions and unpublished orders for clients.
Mark has also maintained an active immigration practice out of Chicago since 2015 obtaining citizenship, permanent residency status, and visas for clients before combining that practice with American Immigration Law Group in Saint Louis, Missouri in October of 2024. Mark has been friends with the firm’s original founder at law school in 2002.
