Ujjawal Chaudhary joined the firm in June 2020 as a Legal Support Executive after graduating with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University. During law school, he trained with several leading law firms and organizations in India, gaining practical exposure to diverse areas of legal practice.

At the firm, Ujjawal focuses on business immigration, assisting with E-1/E-2 treaty investor petitions, H-1B, PERM labor certifications, and L-1A/B intracompany transferee petitions, while also handling family- and humanitarian-based matters such as I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-589. He is recognized for combining legal precision in complex corporate filings with the compassion and empathy needed to support individuals and families navigating the immigration process.
