Successful International Transfer of a Key Employee for a Multinational Company

A client requested our help in responding to an RFE, which is a request for more information from the USCIS. The RFE was in response to a petition for an L-1B visa the client had filed themselves. We requested a copy of the complete filing and realized that the client had filed the petition in the wrong visa category.

We helped the client file the petition in the correct category, L-1A, and got approval from the USCIS. Since then, we have successfully extended the L-1A status and got an EB-1C green card approved for this key employee of our client.
