Mark Silverman earned his Illinois law license in November 2005. He started working for two and a half years at a small firm in Rockford, Illinois. After leaving that firm, Mark has managed his law practice in Chicago, Illinois, since July 2008. Mark has represented clients successfully before Illinois trial courts as well as the Illinois Appellate Court. At the Appellate Court, he has obtained several favorable reversals for clients and established new precedent.

Mark has also maintained an active immigration practice in Chicago since 2015. There, he has obtained citizenship, permanent residency status, and visas for clients. In October of 2024, Mark and his partner Bharinee Chestapanich took over American Immigration Law Group in Saint Louis, Missouri.
